Health Economist Study Group Meeting Winter 2025

The Health Economists’ Study Group (HESG) conference will be held at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel from Wednesday 8 January to Friday 10 January 2025.

In addition to discussion sessions, organisers will be offering training on the use of ICECAP measures, lightning talks, a social event on the first evening, and a plenary and conference dinner on the second evening.

*Please note that the first 100 bookings (rooms) are reserved at the conference venue, the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel and any additional delegates may be accommodated at nearby hotels.

Abstract dates

• Abstract submission opens: 2 September 2024
• Abstract submission deadline: 30 September 2024
• Notification of acceptance: 25 October 2024
• Paper submission deadline: 2 December 2024

Abstract submission details

Abstracts should be submitted via the HESG website here. Only abstracts sent via the online form on the HESG website will be accepted. Abstracts must not exceed 350 words. Abstracts reporting work-in-progress, the early stages of a project and important health economics issues are particularly welcomed. PhD students and early career researchers are encouraged to submit.
