Liz is a Senior Research Project Manager at the University of Bristol, responsible for managing the Surgery and Perioperative Care Translational Research Collaboration (SPOC TRC), which is hosted by the NIHR Bristol BRC. In this role, Liz works closely with the SPOC TRC Chair, Deputy Chair, Workstream Leads and Steering Group, to provide operational and strategic support.
Prior to joining the University of Bristol, Liz headed up the research department at an international medical research charity, where she developed their first multi-year research strategy, managed an international grants programme and co-ordinated a series of high-profile research conferences.
