Professor Angela Attwood
Professor
Angela Attwood is a Professor of psychological science.
Her research interests are in understanding and promoting positive health behaviours, with particular focus on reducing tobacco and alcohol use. Her work interrogates mechanisms underpinning health behaviour, explores implementation of interventions in real world settings and develops novel behaviour change interventions.
She is a member of the NIHR Bristol BRC mental health theme, collaborating on research using choice architecture approaches to interventions to support people with eating disorders.
